1. I am so afraid of the dark! Wait, I am TERRIFIED of the dark. It is so horrible and I know that I am 27 years old and should have outgrown my terror 18 years ago. Staying all by myself at night is out of the question!!! Even with Jason right next to me in bed, I often flip open my cell phone so there is just enough light to see and not bother Jason. I am a complete scaredy cat and I hate it. Even as a senior in High School when I would make my mother sleep with me she would say...." One day you will out grow this!" I am still waiting mom:)

2. I love dogs despite the fact I was attacked by one at the age of 18 months. I have no memory of the incident so I guess that is why I still love them. On the other hand...I strongly dislike cats! I do in fact remember a "mean" cat we had by the name of Caesar. This cat hated me for some strange reason and would randomly attack me by clawing my hands or feet. ooooooo that cat!

3. Snickers, I could eat them everyday. I usually do. Jason thinks the way I eat a Snickers is so weird. I eat the nougat first, and then the roasted peanuts and caramel. It just tastes better that way! I love the taste of the nougat and I do not want anything to interfere with the amazing creation of this sweet sensation.

4. I am the youngest girl of 13 children. I have 8 sisters and 4 brothers. We are yours, mine, and ours. Even still, that is a lot of kids:) Want me to name them all??? Okay. My mom's nine are...
Rita, Shirley, Mary, Laura, Tres, Sarah, Jacob, ME and James. From my dad's first marriage...
Mary Ann, Leroy, Carley and Abbie. If I could only remember all their birthdays.

5. I am pretty darn good at bargain shopping. I love to shop and without breaking the bank!

6. I absolutely lOvE to sing. Those of you that are around me very much are tortured often :O la La LA LA LA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It just makes me so happy. Music is great. When I was younger and riding in my friend Amber's car, she would say "if you sing to the song on the radio I am turning it off!" Sadly enough there were times we went with the radio off. LOL! I just said that I lOvE to sing, not that I am good at it :) Mi MI Mi MI Mi...........................

"O Christmas Tree"

This was on MoNdAy!!!!!! I put it up all by myself:( Jason has just been sooooo busy with school and was sad that he couldn't help. He said he would be able to help in a week or so. HA!

Ammon liked the shiny bows, he just could not resist touching them!

This was on Tuesday.......lights are on...at least some. I always buy my Christmas decorations at the after Christmas sale to save doe ray mi, if ya know what I mean. I bought lights last year and some of them did not work when I took them out of the box...... so not such a bargain after all.

This was this morning! ( SAT) We put up some of the ornaments on Wednesday around 11pm, but finished them up today. I am glad Jason was able to help.

Ammon loves the tree, lights, and especially the cords....... not so good. He yanks on the light cords/wires. We took a few pictures of Ammon and the finished product... enjoy...finally:)

I never would have thought it would take almost a week to get it all done!!! sooooooooo

Christmas pictures

We had our Christmas pictures made yesterday, oh what fun! I am not sure about the rest of the world, but it is so stressful for me. I think I might have even developed an ulcer. Deciding what to wear, wear my hair up or down, should we bring two outfits, hat or no hat, shoes or no shoes, see to many things to worry about.... and there is more but you get the picture! Oh and Jason had to rush home from work so I could give him a hair cut. At least it is done and over with! Ammon did so good, it was hard to choose what pictures we liked best because they all turned out just so darn cute! Ammon had the full red cheeks goin'

This video is way long.... Ammon is pulling himself up anywhere it is possible. He bumps his head all the time, poor guy. He will even try to pull himself up on the wall. Once he is standing he will take a few steps while holding on to whatever he pulled himself up from. He is also crawling everywhere and getting into stuff. Totally exploring his environment.

Ammon playing with his balls... he throws the balls sometimes, but I don't think he realizes what he is doing:) Those of you with kiddos, should invest in some balls! Ammon has a lot of fun with them. Of course Jason noticed his throwing form, he is hoping football but baseball is a possibility as well.It is so awesome watching him grow and learn right in front of our eyes, and well sometimes behind our backs...like in this picture;) I need to baby proof. I put it off to long.....YIKES!

Weekend of Wii

Weekend of Wii Continued

My brother Jacob brought over a Nintendo Wii for all of us to play this weekend, but mostly for Mackenzie to play.....well.....Kenzie loved the Wii Sports game but Transformers the video game proved to be a bit to complicated for her. Enter Jason, Jacob & my nephew Brandon!!! If anybody is not familiar with Nintendo Wii it is extremely interactive, it simulates real motion so it translates well for bowling, tennis, boxing and baseball. It is Hi-larious to watch others play with it tho' see the above video......

Yes, there is a mattress & box spring in our living room floor. We had my Mom, Brandon, Kenzie, James & Laurie all staying the night. We had a single bed in the office for my Mom, the full size mattress & box in the living room floor for James & Laurie, Brandon slept on the couch and Kenzie slept in her "fort" on the loveseat.
